This Return Policy (“Policy”) is part of the terms of service agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all purchases on the Company website(“Site”).
The purpose of the Return Policy is to establish high customer servicestandards and outline procedures forexchanging and returning purchased goods (“Products”).
The terms of this Return Policy may differ from 1) legislation thatapplies in a Customer’s current country of residence or 2) terms of the paymentsystem through which the Customer carried out their transaction to purchase aProduct.
In the event that local laws or the terms of your payment systemprovide you, the Customer, with a greater scope of rights than that which isdefined in this Return Policy, please notify us and provide references torelevant legislation or policies. We will make every effort to ensure that 1)the Customer is able to exercise their rights and that 2) the return or exchangeprocess can be completed quickly and with ease.
Can Iexchange or return a product after purchase?
CUSTOMERS MAY EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPTPROVIDED THAT (1) THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED, (2) THE PRODUCT IS INUNDAMAGED CONDITION AND FREE OF SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR OR ALTERATION, (3) THEPRODUCT IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUDING ALL LABELS AND TAGS.
The Customer retains the right to exchange a product they initially purchased (“Original Product”)for any other product (“Replacement Product”), regardless of whether theReplacement Product is similar to the Original Product.
When a Customer requests an exchange for a Replacement Product whosevalue exceeds that of the Original Product, the Customer will be required tosubmit a payment for the corresponding difference in value.
When a Customer requests an exchange for a Replacement Product whosevalue is less than that of the Original Product, the Company will issue arefund equal to the corresponding difference in value.
Which products cannot be exchanged orreturned?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGED OR RETURNED PRODUCTS THAT WERE (1)custom-made, (2) personalized, (3) purchased as part of a sale, or (4) haveunique characteristics that differ from those of a standard product (e.g.altered or unique dimensions, parameters, additional elements, altered orsubstituted materials, colors, markings, etc.).
How can I request a product exchange?
In order to exchange a Product, the Customer should:
- inform us oftheir intent to exchange the Original Product and receive confirmation from theCompany that the Original Product is eligible for exchange;
- send the OriginalProduct to us NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT;
- place a new orderfor the Product(s) that you, the Customer, would like to receive in exchange.(PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW ORDER DOES NOT NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE PROCESSING BYOUR SUPPORT SERVICE);
- provide us withthe number of your new order;
- allow time forour support service to alter the total cost of the order;
- pay the shippingcost and the price difference (where applicable).
How can I return a product?
To return a product, the Customer should:
- notify us of yourdesire to return the Original Product;
- send the OriginalProduct to us NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE MOMENT OF ITS RECEIPT;
- provide theCompany with information regarding the desired payment method to which theCustomer would like funds to be returned (only in the event that the desiredpayment information was not provided during the purchase of the OriginalProduct, or the Customer’s payment information has changed).
Is shipping refundable?
The delivery cost(s) paid by the Customer to a third-party deliveryservice (“Carrier”) and all other costs incurred by the Customer during thedelivery of the Product, as well as when returning or exchanging the Product,are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event that the delivery cost was included in the cost of theProduct, we reserve the right to determine the delivery cost and subtract avalue equivalent to the delivery cost from the funds returned to the Customer.
The Customer is expected to pay all shipping costs during productexchanges. The Company reserves the right to withhold the shipment of theReplacement Product if the Customer does not pay the cost of delivering theReplacement Product.
How quickly do product exchanges andrefunds take place?
Product exchanges are carried out in parallel with the fulfillment ofthe Customer’s order for a Replacement Product. You can find product-specificinformation regarding the order fulfillment period for all Products on thecorresponding Product web page.
We refund the cost of an Original Product within THREE WORKING DAYSfrom the moment we receive the Original Product and confirm that the Original Product is eligible for a product exchangeusing the criteria listed above. We will then issue an order to therelevant financial institution to transfer funds according to the Customer’s payment information.
THE COMPANY’S RETURN PERIOD DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME REQUIRED BYTHIRD-PARTY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT.
What actions can I take if I find adefect?
The Company is always grateful when our Customers supply us withinformation regarding product defects. Although defects are exceedingly rare,the manufacturing process does not always depend solely on actions taken by us.Despite careful quality control procedures, we cannot always detect allmaterial defects in the manufacture of some products.
We believe that the ability to openly acknowledge our mistakes andimprove upon them is a key sign of the respect we hold for our Customers.
All exchanges and/or returns of a Product with an identified defect(“Defective Product”) must take place WITHIN THE PRODUCT’S WARRANTY PERIOD.
A Customer that has identified a Defective Product should adhere to thefollowing procedure:
- immediatelynotify the Company of the defect(s) and your desire to exchange or return theproduct;
- take severalpictures of both the Defective Product and the defect(s) and send them to us byemail - this will greatly speed up the product exchange or refund;
- send theDefective Product to us NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE MOMENT THAT THE DEFECTIS IDENTIFIED;
- ifyou'd like to exchange the Defective Product,place a new order for a Replacement Product of similar or identical value andprovide the order number to the Company. If you’d like to receive a refund and your payment information haschanged, please provide the Company with the relevant payment information.
If a Product contains a defect, the delivery of a Replacement Productis carried out FREE of charge to the Customer. All Customer expenses related tothe return of the Defective Product are reimbursed at standard (non-express)delivery rates for the relevant local Carrier.
Additional Terms for Product Exchangesand Refunds
If the Customer requested special packaging (packaging, wrapper,greeting card, box, etc.) during delivery or other non-standard services whilefulfilling the order, these costs are not eligible for a refund.
When returning a Defective Product, the Customer must include theaccompanying documentation regarding the Product’s value that was included withthe initial delivery. In the event that the Customer fails to include necessarydocumentation while returning a Defective Product, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the Defective Productand the Defective Product will be returned to the Customer.
